• Retail Orders: Retail items may ship from our international or local warehouse and typically take 5-12 days for delivery. For branded items, please allow an additional 3-7 days for branding, as well as 1-2 days for processing and preparing the shipment.
• Wholesale Orders: Wholesale orders are subject to production times, which typically range from 2-4 weeks. In rare cases, production may take up to 5 weeks. Processing times are confirmed with customers during order placement.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates vary depending on the product and the service selected at checkout:
• Retail Orders: Freight charges are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping service (e.g., Standard or Express). Free shipping is available for retail orders over $500.
• Wholesale Orders: Shipping costs are included in the product price, so no additional charges are applied.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the product, location, and service selected:
• Retail Orders: Orders typically take 5-12 days for delivery, plus additional time for branded products as outlined above.
• Wholesale Orders: Delivery times depend on production and are confirmed with the customer during order placement.
4. Shipping Destinations

5. Customs Duties and Taxes
SourceEZ is responsible for all customs duties and taxes for international shipments. Customers will not be charged additional fees for customs clearance.
6. Order Tracking
Tracking information is included with all orders and can be accessed via your account section. Wholesale trade account holders can also find tracking details on their dashboard.
7. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@sourceez.shop. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is identified, contact us immediately to attempt to update the details before shipment.
9. Custom Orders
Custom-branded orders require additional production time, typically 2-4 weeks, which will be confirmed with you at the time of order placement. Shipping times for custom orders begin after production is completed.
